Why OncoCare Exists

Most supplements aren't formulated for chemotherapy

Hidden Interactions

Many common supplements interfere with ADC therapy through CYP3A4 pathway interactions.

No Oncology Standard

General wellness brands aren't designed for patients in active treatment. Dosing and timing aren't optimized.

Patients Left Guessing

68% of cancer patients take supplements without clinical guidance. Oncologists rarely have time to advise.

Interaction-Aware

Every ingredient passes what we call the Checkpoint Test , evaluated against your drug's CYP3A4 enzyme pathway before it enters any OncoCare formula. Your chemo works the way your oncologist designed it. Your supplements work without getting in the way.

Our Story

Born from a real patient's journey at MD Anderson

OncoCare didn't start in a lab or a boardroom. It started in a hospital waiting room at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas, where a husband was doing everything he could to help his wife through stage IV ovarian cancer.

Navigating supplement decisions in real time, cross-referencing clinical studies, checking CYP3A4 drug interactions, coordinating with the integrative medicine team, revealed a gap no one had filled: cancer patients in active treatment had no supplement brand built specifically for them. Most products on the market were designed for general wellness, not for someone on an ADC chemotherapy protocol.

So we built one. Every OncoCare formulation starts with the drug, not the supplement shelf. We ask: what does this patient's specific chemotherapy do, what does it deplete, what does it stress, and what does the peer-reviewed literature say can help without interfering? That question drives every ingredient decision we make.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does OncoCare™ do?

OncoCare™ formulates evidence-based supplement systems specifically for cancer patients in active chemotherapy treatment. Unlike general wellness brands, every OncoCare formula is built around the specific drug a patient is on, starting with the chemotherapy and working backward to determine what the body needs. We currently offer two protocols: OncoCare for Ovarian for patients on ELAHERE (mirvetuximab soravtansine) and OncoCare for Breast for patients on ENHERTU (trastuzumab deruxtecan). Every ingredient links to the peer-reviewed clinical study that determined its dose via our Key Study™ feature on each product page.

Where is OncoCare™ located?

OncoCare™ is headquartered in Austin, Texas. We are an online supplement store serving cancer patients and caregivers nationwide across all 50 states. Orders are fulfilled and shipped directly to your door. No in-person visits are required or available.

How do I contact OncoCare™?

You can reach us by email at fito@oncocare.info or by phone at 512-775-9270. Customer inquiries are answered Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm Central Time. For the fastest response, email is preferred. We typically respond within one business day.

What makes OncoCare™ different from other supplement brands?

Three things set OncoCare™ apart. First, every formula is built around a specific chemotherapy drug protocol, not general wellness convention. Second, every ingredient is evaluated against the CYP3A4 enzyme pathway that processes ADC chemotherapy drugs, so nothing in our formulas interferes with how your treatment works. Third, every ingredient on every product page links directly to the peer-reviewed clinical study that determined its dose and its inclusion via our Key Study™ feature. No other supplement brand in the cancer care space does this.

How long has OncoCare™ been in business?

OncoCare™ was founded in 2026 by Fito Kahn, an Austin-based entrepreneur and primary caregiver whose wife was treated for recurrent ovarian cancer at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston. The brand grew directly from two years of real-time supplement research conducted while navigating three different chemotherapy drug protocols alongside her treatment. OncoCare is a new company built on a deeply personal clinical experience.
